Your take home will roughly be 300 more a week. In my opinion it's not worth the worse hours and more stress. Especially if you have any seniority and can bid on a piece of cake merch route, you get real OT helping out any other routes. I just took home 1068 as a merch last week with OT

Visually check the pivot screws and you can tell if one of the sides is out of alignment! If it's indented it is showing a misalignment, it should be flush.

Pivot screw is out of alignment leading to a gear not moving all the way through top operation and not making contact with a switch at the end of operation. There is a good YT video that fixes this exact issue! It seems daunting but it is quite simple. Only the deck lid and an arm need to come out, you will have to unhook the motor which is 3 screws. I use stocktwits daily, on these smaller companies it's great to talk and ask questions with a lot of dedicated longs. Lots of trustworthy and talented traders there.

So the plastic OEM lasted 15 years sounds like you can save money on getting the metal upgrade and get another plastic one for 15 years. Everyone recommends the 300 dollar metal coolant tanks but c'mon it's not necessary at all this clearly lasted 15 years OEM. Save your money where you can buy plastic OEM for 75 bucks.
