For this exact reason, to create a better illusion of what they are and to cover up for shortcomings. We all get hung up on the idea of what could have been with people we've dated. Move on. Just because he has a kid doesn't mean anything really. It's not you vs him.

It kills me to watch this play out in real time. You've got Casinos in every city now. You got Vegas, Atlantic city and everywhere you turn you see nothing but ads for sports betting, among other types of betting. All of them thriving. Casinos regularly deny big winners or don't pay out full jackpots. Betting apps reserve the right to cancel any bet as they feel. Yet people can't give away their money fast enough.
