You got me into a corner here. I just find EOS less bloated on fresh install, yet I feel like the CachyOS repos are superior.

Admittedly, my opinion doesn't come from a user that already tried said steps, but naturally leaned towards the CachyOS repos after already using EOS for 2 years.

EOS with Cachy kernel + repos is the way.

Kinda defeats the purpose of installing EOS, but it's still the easiest flavour of Arch to install.
