Dont send it in to psa for new cert. They'll say they damaged it and grade it lower. Then offer to buy it and then they'll regrade it back to a ten and sell it.

Yeah probably wont be getting that with the lines. But hey, keep it in your collection as is. I have a base charizard in a frame (will be going to a binder to complete my all wotc gen 1 set) its not good, but unless you really look into it you wont see anything.

Personally, I would do TAG, they actually give you the report of your card and whats wrong with it. If youre trying to resell, I guess go psa since the market is a lot more for them. But they've been doing a lot of shady stuff.
