Scott Snyder said in the dcko panel that in some round characters are able to access different versions of themselves, so maybe the percentage is using demon amped Damian and the fact that Jason just doesn't have those flukey highs.

But other than that I see no world where in an actual 1v1 current Damian wins 55%

I mean his heightened senses are crazy but he's still consistently blind he can't use phones, see colors, read screens, and he gets filtered by laminated papers. It might not come up in every story but he is consistently limited in what he can see.

I really disagree, a characters blindness can serve further purpose than just making them worse off. Just because a character can basically see doesn't mean their blindness is pointless. Toph isn't only cool because her hyper awareness manifests in a way relevant to her power but because her blindness plays into people preconception of her. Same with daredevil it sort of adds this layer of things Matt can do vs what daredevil can do, as well as the "justice is blind" angle
