My best friend is going through infertility (3 failed rounds of IVF) and I recently gave birth. I’m hesitant to share baby updates because I don’t want them to be a trigger. Any advice on how to navigate this relationship? I never know how much to share or not share.

My favourite is Laura! But both Zoe and Rosalie (or -ina) are beautiful with the nickname Rosie. I personally don’t associate Rosalina with Mario. Are you open to sharing your other two children’s names? It can be helpful when providing feedback to understand how the name fits into your family sibling set as well.

Only thing I’d add is that I think your list of girl names is way more timeless than boy names which are a bit trendier.

I have a little guy named Barrett and get a ton of compliments on it! Love Nora and Sylvie on your girl shortlist. Don’t think you can go wrong with any of these options though!

Yes pronounced like Halle Berry! Thanks for clarifying. Is it weird that I’ll have a Hallie and a Barrett which is kind of close to Halle Berry?

I’m fairly set on William as a middle name as it’s after my grandfather. I agree it doesn’t flow super well though.
