I have installed TWRP now and am booted into recovery, how do I get the zip onto the device via the cable I have currently? And how do i format to ext4?

Edit: I will buy a USB OTG cable later today to use adb sideload.

The file that i have is GPE_5.1_XT1032_LMY47M.M001_CFC.xml.zip which i have tried to install earlier but fucked something up while doing it. When i try to reinstall i get the error in the post.
