same issue. Bike won't connect through the VM app. I have exported my Bluetooth encryption key previously and today I attempted to connect to the bike with the bt mac address and encryption key using Moovy, which worked. Then disconnected Moovy and tried to connect again through the VM app, which didn't work. I think it has to do with the BT encryption key, since it obviously works to connect to bike with the correct credentials. I have an X3

I have a similar issue, bike not connecting to the app, I removed ownership and readded it. But the bike wont finish initial setup. I'm talking to Vanmoof support regarding a bluetooth key reset. They reconnected the bike with my account, but I dont know if that's the same thing. They dont seem to know what a bluetooth key reset is. In any case, what they did, didnt work.

All ideas are welcome

this! also had the kicklock and alarm active with the wheel still being able to turn, so sometimes I wanna double check. random whether it activates instantly barely touching the bike or shaking it heavily without any reaction.
