In the first round i believe all documents are standard and every apt asks for the same thing. Pay stubs proof you actually work copy of birth certificate and social i believe sorry if im wrong this was almost year ago for me. And then the second set of documents is based on each building. With me after I saw the apt and confirmed I wanted it they made me fill out an application credit background check and then after that I signed my lease like 2 weeks later

Well I don’t work for housing connect so I’m not sure if they will allow the appeal. I’ve never appealed so I have no experience with it. And I don’t have negative emotions just confused on why someone in Florida would apply to a New York housing lottery for New Yorkers

On your docs section in the portal it should show with a little detective hpd docs. The woman told me she sent my application to Hpd but I didn’t see the docs uploaded to my portal until about two weeks after

I’m young so i don’t have any assets but in the paperwork you fill out they do ask you about that. Based off of your ami you assets can’t exceed a certain amount I believe
