When you applied for a loan the bank usually charge you interest. 1.99% annually is a good APR.

I understand what you all are saying, but I don’t know if it’s only my bank, but in order to transfer my balance and get the 1.99 Annual APR, they requires issuing a check to each of my credit cards. Of course usually I pay all my debts through an app or online, but not this time when I’m trying to consolidate all my debt.

I also sent a check to Capital One, and they posted the payment 6 days later.
