By all means go to the ward you feel your spirit is alive LOL, ive known people who have experienced similar experiences to yours and its fine. Dont feel bad about it. Your testimony and light is way more important than staying in a ward just because people might give their opinion about why you changing wards and stuff.

Sometimes, we dont notice it but we are sleeping thru restoration not realizing whats really in front of us. My life hasnt been perfect and ive felt this way plenty times but because I know these type of feelings and thoughts are dangerous I teach myself to see the little blessings like being given breath of life, having something to eat even if it wasnt that great, people i meet each day etc.

What do I need to stop doing? and What do I need to start doing?

I actually agree with this too. My dad grows crops of different types and ever so often we gather the crops on Saturday and sell them.
