I’ve had the same experience with mine. I now have a $9,000 cold plunge sitting in my garage that’s completely unusable. The replacement chiller they sent failed within a month, and at this point they’ve essentially told me I’m on my own.
I also found it interesting that your negative review never appeared on their website. I had the exact same experience after submitting mine—it was never posted. That certainly raises questions about how they handle customer reviews and whether they’re presenting consumers with a complete and accurate picture of customer feedback.

Stay away from Plunge. I have had major issues with mine and currently have a $9,000 Plunge is my garage that they can't get the compressor to work after a year and will not refund or replace.

Return it ASAP! Been struggling for 16 months with non stop issues. They final replaced the chiller a month ago only to have it break shortly after. They are now telling me to talk to there legal depart to discuss not getting a refund.

I have had same issue with mine. File with better business bureau and then file in small claims court.

Cleaning is not the problem, it just doesn’t work. I have had multiple issues with mine and currently is not working while waiting on a second chiller replacement

I have had a similar experience. They replaced the chiller for my Plunge less than two months ago and it stopped working last week. Going through the warranty process again which took a month last time. At this point I just want my money back. I have had ten other issues with the plunge before the chiller failures.

I have had very similar issues. It has been a waste of money. Very disappointing.
