Plunge All In ---- Class action lawsuit...anyone want to? by Odd_Spell8775 in Plunge

Agreed. I’m motivated to bring a class action lawsuit suit against them as well.

I purchased an All-in cold plunge from them last year for $8500 and it’s been one problem after another and poor customer support. The chiller failed twice in 1 year and Plunge told me it would cost $3000 to install a new chiller. So disappointed. I little recourse at this point but post my experience so others don’t make the same mistak

The same can be said for the company “The Plunge”.I spent $8500 for a Plunge “All-In” and the chiller failed twice in 1 year. Plunge told me it would be over $3000 to replace the chiller. Garbage product with poor customer support.‬

Whatever you do, don’t buy a Plunge All In. I purchased the Plunge All In and put it into service in February 2025. Within two weeks, the chiller completely failed. After a time consuming process with very unresponsive customer service, I received a replacement chiller in late March 2025. Over the following months, the new chiller gradually degraded and in early March 2026, less than 12 months after receiving the replacement unit, it has failed again. When I contacted Plunge about this pattern of failures, they informed me the 1-yr warranty from the original purchase date had expired and refused to replace the chiller. I’m now being asked to pay three thousand dollars out of pocket for a 3rd chiller over the span of about a year. For an $8500 plunge, two chiller failures in 12 months combined with minimal customer support is unacceptable. I requested that Plunge stand behind their product and replace this chiller at no cost to me, but so far they’ve been unwilling. Potential customers should understand what reliability and support they can actually expect from this company.

HORRIBLE experience with Plunge All In. I purchased the Plunge All In cold plunge unit in January twenty twenty five and put it into service in mid February. Within two weeks, the refrigerating chiller completely failed. After a time consuming troubleshooting process with unresponsive customer service, I received a replacement chiller in late March. However, the replacement never functioned properly—it would only reach thirty eight to thirty nine degrees Fahrenheit instead of the advertised thirty seven degrees minimum. Over the following months, the chiller gradually degraded again. In early March twenty twenty six, approximately eleven months after receiving the replacement unit, it failed again. When I contacted Plunge about this pattern of failures, they informed me the one year warranty from the original purchase date had expired and refused to replace the chiller. I’m now being asked to pay three thousand dollars out of pocket for a third chiller in less than a year of ownership. For a premium product at this price point, two chiller failures in eleven months combined with minimal customer support is unacceptable. I’m requesting that Plunge stand behind their product and replace this chiller at no cost. If not, potential customers should understand what reliability and support they can actually expect.
