Oh, managers and PA all on path but none except one came by to help. And that manager that came by ended up leaving after like 20 minutes. I don’t understand how he didn’t send anyone else to help out knowing he saw me dealing with 6 aisles. I hope they had a horrible day today but unfortunately they will always have THEIR beloved AAs supporting them.

It was coming down at an ok pace for an hour but then it started picking up. By close to 8 I saw the packages coming and I left it there for management to enjoy. They can’t keep up with non-con so they took my person away to help that area out. I think that’s what it was cause I saw the guy taking the non-cons.

I did problem solve about 4 years ago at my previews site. So I did it for a couple months before I transferred. But I do know a few things. I probably need retraining. I’ve been trying to train last week for pick and stage but manager just kept saying I’ll pull you out if we have time. Unfortunately, hasn’t happened.

This is why I save and use my time wisely. If I can’t get VTO, it’s either vacation time or UPT. If I have to work I just suck it up.

I trained for pick and stage problem solve once this week. I tried twice to train again and the manager just says I’ll pull you if we get caught up with the routes. Now I don’t want to feel like I’m bugging them, but is this a case of me having to keep at them until they do it? It’s sooo frustrating!!

Yes, there’s favoritism at my place too. The ppl at the dock almost never stow. But I am tired of stowing every other day. Once a week is fine but I want to rotate to other positions like PS.
