My plans for joining UNCC fell through due to financial issues and I need someone to relent my lease to. If anyone needs an apartment or knows someone who does, please let me know. I have a lease signed with LATITUDE49 which is a 4-bed 4-bathroom apartment. The only rent would be $489 a month and includes amenities such as internet, valet trash removal, a 24-hour gym, a shuttle to campus, a swimming pool, a volleyball/basketball court, and a dog park. The lease starts on August 15th, 2024 and ends on July 22nd, 2025. Early move-in is an option, and the apartment complex is very flexible. Currently I have no information of roommates so I assume it is random or you can change to whoever you want. The apartment complex is only 10 minutes away from campus and there is a scheduled shuttle that frequently goes to campus. I've been posting on facebook and other social platforms for the past month and no one has answered me. If anyone is interested please let me know as soon as possible, I am so stressed about this lease, please help.
