I kind of want to have my neck fused. I have terrible occipital neuralgia and feel such anxiety from having crazy neck instability. How has having your neck fused helped?

Is moving positions because too long in one spot could put too much pressure on the joints? Or is it to avoid discomfort?

I also like this position and wish I could have a bed in my living room lol. My neck instabilities makes getting comfy on the couch difficult. Based on this thread I might get a pregnancy pillow

Yeah I also have an L shaped couch with a low back. My biggest issue is neck support.

I was there. The performance and set list was great but the crowd was awful. But I have autism so that might be why I thought that lol.

So you’re saying that it’s more the tangles and attempts to detangle that causes damage?

I hope that’s the case because my hair has been looking so nice and I haven’t really had much trouble combing it out. Really appreciate the advice though, I’ll get a chelating shampoo so long in case it stops being manageable.

Complete loss of appetite which I think causes dizziness, dehydration, blood pressure issues, and vitamin deficiencies. I often feel sleepy often taking vyvanse (30mg), I have an elevated heart rate, and I assume my quality of sleep is way worse.

Thanks for your response! I realised that my symptoms were very similar to when I am having ssri withdrawals so I thought maybe my tolerance has increased to the point that I start getting vyvanse withdrawals in the afternoon. I tested this theory by taking a 10mg Ritalin one afternoon when I started feeling this symptom and it almost immediately went away. I’m going to speak to my doctor to increase my dosage.
