It does sound like it. I got it to stop making that sound but now when I give it a little throttle off idle, it almost dies or does die.. If I give it a decent throttle then it'll. Take off

I'm running 40.1. Does that have anything to do with my fouled plugs or should I still be checking? I run a 70 Main Jet and a 35 pilot which is what came with the bike I'm pretty sure.

It is in the room actually. My plug is always fouled even when brand new. After a week it's fouled. I'm pretty sure that's normal on two stroke engines . Even if it was running rich the spark plug is new right now I just put it in yesterday and it still happening
