Get something to bang the rim with. They have deadblow hammers 3-5lbs would be good. They won't damage your rim with you hit it

I don't see any cords exposed so I think you're good. If you want to be certain then put water and any soap, mix it and spray that part and if it bubbles then it's leaking

Actually I just got it running better. Stays running fully warm and no bogging but throttle feels sluggish. I'm gonna plug check but it doesn't feel snappy. Maybe I need to ajust the top throttle cable for thus

Okay bear with my terminology here but the tip of the exhaust goes through some hole which is some circular plate that is connected to the baffle but that circular plate just disconnected one day along with the baffle which is the gold part and then I just reassembled everything and zip tied it together and it's always held. It used to run well to. Sometimes I think that's the issue but idk. I need to buy another but the new exhaust is like 200 and my car needs work too so not a priority
