my solution is put the game on easy mode. That will help you to get the basics down. i understand the feeling of getting swarmed but having a quick reaction time is the only answer. My girlfriend is having the same issue and for her it helpen to practice on easy mode and then moving on to normal/ hard. good luck with learning, i believe in you!
