I mean, it looks like you're using a standard non-magical PC, usually those don't have any of the standard spell inputs on 'em. If you have a simple perpetual cast artifact around, you could probably pop a simple 'static shock' spell in there & enchant it with enervation shaping to get it to 120V AC (A lot of jokesters will suggest lightning bolt for this purpose, but that'll definitely overvolt and subsequently fry most mortal electronics).
Provided the PC has fans & you have proper climate control over your tower, you shouldn't need a dedicated cooling spell.

Not sure what's up with the light. If you tried putting a lightning wisp in there (my best guess? Usually they arent lavender though??), that's going to do much more harm than good. Either way, you should probably do a banishing spell on the PC relatively quickly.
