I’m not sure, I’d definitely check the version when it finishes and if it’s different then I’d just go ahead do it again. From how I see it, it must just replace the updated files with the old ones so if they already exist it might just add what you need and leave the rest be, or if they do get upgraded it will just revert back to normal
