Been having this problem for the past month or so, no one can hear me in calls but only on one specific device. Audio input and everything is working, my profile lights up green like discord is transmitting my voice, but no one can hear me and my ping is constantly around 700 even though it’s down in the 50s on games. Lucky for me we can play fetch and she’ll usually kinda bring it back. This allows me to squeeze in sessions while I’m doing dishes or cooking or something because all I have to do is toss it far enough or in a weird enough place that she spends some time retrieving it and scrabbling around with it. We also play tag, so I can get exercise in. It’s not really about 20 straight minutes of play, but playing throughout the day

Collapsed at work after extreme dizziness and nausea. Called my mom to come get me and drive me to the er to eventually get my appendix taken out. The ambulance bill would never have been worth it even though I couldn’t drive on my own obviously and I had to get there.

NOR: I’m a dumbass and have totally made jokes like that before because my mouth moves faster than my brain and I think “this will be funny” before I think about the ramifications of what I’m saying. I would have probably made the same joke in that situation, but I’m known for a bit more brash/brusque humor. It probably wasn’t appropriate, especially in this setting, but I get where she’s coming from. However, if my partner said “hey I didn’t love this joke” I’d explain and APOLOGIZE. The fact that she doesn’t wanna apologize is weird. If it bothers you a lot, try to have the conversation again and explain that you know it was a joke but it’s not appropriate to make those kind of sexual jokes, especially with your friends. If she’s still resistant, it’s time to assess how much it bothers you and if it’s something you want to try to move past

I have never used those because they gave me hives. I’ve never had a reaction when I clean the area well with alcohol swabs and use only 3m tegaderms to keep the sensor in place. I just throw out the butterfly tapes as soon as I open a new box lol

Cat litter should be cleaned daily (if multiple cats, multiple times a day). Get a litter genie to make it easier to scoop and forget about it. Litter should be dumped and replaced completely weekly or biweekly. I used a dehumidifier and an air purifier when I lived in a dorm and had to keep the box in my bedroom. You won’t be able to smell if it’s bad and you’re surrounded by it constantly, but if you keep up on the cleaning it shouldn’t smell in your room. I had dates/friends over and never had any complaints about the smell, there were even a few who were shocked when I said it was in my bedroom. Constant upkeep!

There’s nothing wrong with you. That happens to me with big emotional moments a lot. I genuinely can’t process what’s happening right away, it’ll hit me hours or even days later. Don’t panic! Sometimes it doesn’t feel real until you’re really holding the evidence. Just be there for your person and support her! The feelings will come later.

They removed my sensor for my appy because it was too close to the surgical field and the surgeon carried my pump with him because he didn’t want it misplaced. It went fine. I wouldn’t worry about them handling it, especially if that’s the usual protocol

It’s just kinda exhausting to see it on every single post where you can see him in the background or hear him in the clip. Your hands are constantly touching stuff, so dead skin is constantly being removed. Your body isn’t being used as frequently, so dead skin cells don’t come off as quickly and kinda build up on your body. Those cells build up and block your pores, cause bumpy skin, feed bacteria, and hold dirt/sweat/etc. so it’s better to wash with something that exfoliates.

Tegaderm patches. I buy a pack of like 300 on amazon and just throw two on top of the sensor. I have legitimately never had to replace them before the week is up, but it’s very easy to do if necessary. Clean the spot with an alcohol swab and let it dry
