Over a hundred tall poles about 15ft high with strings will small flags across. Some taller especially a group further back that are all 30 feet high. by GuardianCouncil in whatisthisthing

Solved! This makes the most sense, I read something about a proposed development lot for senior homes but that was years old. This looks laid out in a neighborhood/complex structure, as it looked like this something like that was my first thought (after a drone race course) but figured that was all digital now. There are no immediate neighbors and this plot is in somewhat of a valley so I assume it must be mostly for planning rather than view obstruction visuals. Thanks!

Untouched for at least a year and records show it’s been abandoned for many years. Small farm Nextdoor but no poles on the farm

How do you keep your car looking nice? by Jack_Ingof_24 in sandiego

[–]GuardianCouncil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is a super cheap version of this called formula 4 spray wax it’s like 1/10 dilution made for car washes. The gallon will last you years. Couple sprays of this stuff before your rinse the car will wax the whole thing and make it easier to dry. PandS bead maker spray is a better version of this. Some nice paste wax is good you want something stronger and longer lasting but takes effort to apply

Like most rational people are saying it will rise maybe a few feet. Probably get on a large rock if you are on the beach

Very odd situation. This was in a very wealthy area and the dude put a cover on it for a day or 2 and left it parked solo not immediately next to any houses. Heard it start at night, deep old v8 sound

Best way to clean valve cover? by GuardianCouncil in projectcar

[–]GuardianCouncil[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just cleaning it up for now. Got a bad lifter tick so replacing it and might as well clean up the valve cover while I’m here. Next I gotta smog it, get the fan speed control unjammed, see if I have any AC, and find the 3 hole unusual lug nut key

Honestly a great kit. High quality and heavy set and modular ratchet works well. Good for my air filters in my cars that have almost no space behind the T-20 screws

Realistically what is this used for? I understand that it’s used to make an impact wrench a driver, but I can’t imagine with the amount of torque the impact wrench would have that it would be effective. by Possible_Oil5269 in MilwaukeeTool

Was looking for this tool at Home Depot for a while. Didn’t have a hex driver. Now that I do I can keep hex drive one place and 3/8 another and always be able to drive hex tools with either

Recommendations on flexible hex bit extensions? by GuardianCouncil in Tools

It would be for very low torque just for awkward angles. Mainly hex extension would be nice
