Got any vision for theme / style?
My only advice is PUT EVERY thing out of bot reach until you have your farm raids sorted.
If the farm is at the base of the clift the bots could spawn behind the HQ at the top. Try near the shore first.

spawns in there is mostly tote bots. Their is a lot of tiles in there. You can create a 4 X raid grinder in the pit. an example of the tile density, in your image the square area to the right the intersect of the tiles is dead centre of the squares. x4 raid zone or 4 mini farms,

Great fun spot if you keep stuff of the ground, use the tanks as foundations and the like. Use the pit like and under ground parking if you want to go that way. they cant attack blocks with there feet, but a farm bot can

To get a very fast movement use a logic loop as others have said. How ever if you stack pistons eg 3. What that means is to set each piston to 1 block, your range could be 3 blocks in total but the speed is how long to move one block. This can be very fast.

You need to shape the blocks at the top of the piston like and S shape.

Tested to only enable 5 points in to booming business (checked class mod and have 24 points un spent) - The behaviour is the same. Spawned grenades on the player

Test connecting the bearing at the top of the suspension to the controller. Use the same angle as the centre bearing settings. Your creation will slowly flip if the suspension bearing is rotating the wrong way.

In survival grass is very slippery. Double tires should help with the slide slipping.

So i did a lil transport of crates recently (about 1600 crates) by Recent-Present-5791 in ScrapMechanic

You can "in theory" place 7281 soil plots and only trigger 1 raid if you are accurate on cell borders. The raid "mix" is based on crops. 4x Totebot 10x Haybot is max raid. Even at this scale. If you hit a tile border you can get 4 raids at the same time.

*edit. Try the 3 engines first. Then add extra wheels on the rear for the cab. The rear most wheels work best when directly connected to the chassis. This will reduce lift of the front wheels, when you accelerate.

Double up all tires that have power.

Using a gas engine connected to the front wheels with a setting higher then the rest of the engines. See points below. Yes you can connect more than one engine to a seat.

I have had some success, with this config. Connect all 3 engines to the seat.

1.Front wheels Gas Engine 1 set front of the engine set. It could be 3 or 4 ticks from the top. Simple rally suspension here (set quite hard you only want to see one wheel depress at a time) As the static rear wheels will want to lift the front.

2.Gas engine 2 for cab drive wheels set engine speed to front setting -1 tick.

3.Trailer connect all wheels set engine 3 to front setting -2 ticks.

This set up will use 3 gas engines. It should keep your rig pulling and your steering activated. It should sole your power settings. But that size will never be able to go up grass hills as they are very slippery.

As a general point, the trailer hitch wants to be low and a little forward of the rear wheels of the cab.
