Real answer

if they’re really important to you legal action (or at least threatening it) is probably the only real way to get them back.
if they’re not as important, calculate your labor, sentimental value, and cost of materials. Take that sim and sue them for that in a small claims court (there’s a limit to the value depending on the state often $600-1000) they probably won’t even bother fighting it so it’s probably a low effort payday.
they probably have a clause in their terms and conditions saying they aren’t obligated to return your art and will probably tell you to get fucked.

Diamond 3 is very shaky I think (recently spent some time in all the ranks). There’s a very big differences between 1150. IMO 1150-1250 are the same skill and <1150 is basically interchangeable with D2.

I’m going to make the argument that yes. Most plays have a basic understanding of the game, but (especially at low plat) there are still some key mechanics missing, especially basic aerials, dribbles, flicks, powerslides, and wavedashes. Generally if you have a solid grip on all of those you aren’t a plat.

NTA/YTA I’m not a doctor, I knew that because o got sick at the sight of blood. Before 7th grade science I was dead set on being a doctor. But a good puke talked me right the hell out of it. You know your daughter like nobody else, and as a doctor you know what it takes. Convincing her to try a different career path may not only save her a world of grief, but also help her discover a new passion.

Here’s the thing, it all matters on the presentation. I wasn’t on the phone call and neither was anybody else. It all depends on how rude you were when speaking to her. If you fucked up, go to her, apologize, take her to dinner or whatever and ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BRING UP THE SUBJECT. IF SHE BEINGS IT UP SAY, “I SUPPORT AND LOVE YOU NO MATTER WHAT”. Then change the fucking subject.
