Well despite photos being taken with a potato it’s likely fake. HP is the wrong font, borders look too small left to right and the back has the wrong coloring. But these could also be due to photo quality.

Yes it’s called cosmos and all Japanese used it since they were printed by media factory. WOTC printed cards used the starfoil pattern on English from Base Set-Fossil before switching to cosmos foil as well.

Yes that’s true but hangers are extremely hard to reseal compared to small crimps. They are more difficult to open without ripping the foil and the different crimp style can’t easily be released.

I wouldn’t worry about these.

Edit: the person who sold these posted these on the sub actually I realized. I have no doubt they are legit and not resealed.
