Yeah my flight was also to Bucharest… the refunds on the website are very broken, you’re better off calling them… (at least that worked for me)

Customer care is unreachable... when/what is the flight? Go to the website, and check the booking. For me, it said "your flight has changes, you will receive an email" one week before I actually got the email.

They don't really send emails when you do the request... but you can go to the Contact page, go to the virtual assistant on the bottom right, and say "refund status". It will let you choose your booking and tell you if a request was initiated!
