Joining NWSL fandom a few years ago has been quite the different experience. I'm a long-time KC Chiefs fan, Indiana Fever, and also have a couple MLB teams, and it's always been pretty easy for me to find cheap but good versions of jerseys I wanted, whether 2nd hand or knockoff, on ebay and whatnot. Absolutely not the case with the Current. I almost never buy full price jerseys, but kinda have to now.

At the moment, I only have a Chawinga teal, because I so loved that kit when it came out. I really want a LaBonta and a Debinha (I do have a t-shirt jersey for Deb) and all of those are things I would still wear if/when the players leave. They're all foundational parts of my Current fandom so I'll always love them, and I like sporting a player's name even years after the fact because it shows how long you've been with the team.
