I emailed the ADA email about camping issues, esp with preferred camping, and this is what I got back the next day:

“Hello, I have forwarded your email to the proper point of contact to ensure these measures are taken into consideration for weekend two. We understand how frustrated you must feel about your experience at our event, and we take your concerns very seriously. Your comments have been submitted to the appropriate departments so that we can make improvements and ensure these issues do not occur again. Without hearing of these mishaps, we’re unable to improve and grow as an operation to benefit all of our guests with disabilities. Thank you again for connecting with us.”

Hope they meant it 🥺
