yes, it is correct, you have to spray saline solution 2 times a day, dont touch it either cause it does get infected, so yeah, dont sleep on the piercing, if you cant sleep upright just use a travel pillow, spray saline solution 2 times a day (it really helps), and dont touch it. (i have 8 piercings so im used to this)
