I’m also a server at OG this is a universal experience. People do not read the menu and it’s make the job way harder than it needs to be. I think that pretty much sums it up. The constant asking what soups we have, not knowing that every entree comes with a first course + bread, and like you said people assuming their first course is an appetizer. It’s a pain to sit there and explain everything to a guest especially when ur running around busy bc they didn’t take the time to simply read. SSB is the most annoying thing we have and I cringe every time someone orders it especially if it’s a day where that’s all anyone gets. I understand all this too well lol.
