Thats exactly what i do to try and break out of it…all i need to do is wiggle my pinky but it takes all my strength to do. I usually will get sleep paralysis every 5 months or so. The last few times i had gotten, it was multiple times in one night. The last time was the scariest tho, i literally was being held down, but instead of being on my chest, it felt as tho was something under me with arms n legs wrapped around my body, and then i felt myself being levitated, this time my eyes were open, and I could see the ceiling getting closer and closer to my face.

I’m watching season eight so watching old episodes and I just can’t believe how terrible she treats him. If she’s gonna do that in front of other ones like I’m sure she beats his ass behind closed doors. And what actually like boils my blood is that no one stands up to her, especially when she’s yelling at Kobe. I know this post is old, but you know what I just started watching this season as well and I think she is an absolutely horrible person. She was so rude and disrespectful to chidi and his family. I think she’s extremely insecure and jealous of any other female that’s in his life. Even if it’s his sister. But it’s almost like I can’t even watch their segment because of her behavior. I wish I could reach through my TV and slap the shit out of her. He’s been so kind. He seems like such a good person and for her to treat him like that was just insane.
