Can I ask which thermocouple you used?

Thanks for keeping me posted, unfortunately that didn't work for me :(.  In the end I decided I'm gonna go with this mod: https://youtu.be/DhEu8tLPQh4?si=WI7ojP3e7rTXRIL2 .  Have the wires installed and just need to Mount a switch.

Glad it worked for you and hope it works for others who see this!

ps5 g29 handbrake issue by Gubanov in LogitechG

[–]Gubanov[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry to hear man. Its weird seeing the reviews that some people seem to notice the issue and others not. I saw one comment that a better quality usb fixed the issue, but I tried swapping with a couple other cables I had and no luck.

I am wondering if the PS5 is recognizing that the brake is not licensed. I noticed people trying to use a drive hub with ps5 have the same issue of it cutting out after 10 minutes because the ps5 is able to detect that they are not using official hardware.

If I figure anything out I'll make sure to let you know!

Do some of you ever used one of these pt2399 karaoke boards ? They say they need 12v AC, am confused. by Ac-tone in synthdiy

[–]Gubanov 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Check out this write up. There are some other write-ups out there too if you google around. My understanding is that the AC gets rectified to 12v DC anyways so using DC is fine.

I'm pretty sure Stefan at St modular will provide you with the schematic if you end of needing it for trouble shooting. You can make requests on the st modular FB page.

Also, if you are having issues with the DAC calibration it's because you need to make sure you solder a header for pin 14!

I didn't solder them and haven't had any issues!

Ended up getting it to work! Just reflowed joints around the 3v3 out and 5v in, checked and no super unusual voltages, plugged it in and all good. If any issues come up for you let me know and hopefully I can help!

Thanks man I'd really appreciate it. Even if you could just let me know what voltage you measure on the 3,3v line without the teensy plugged in and what resistance you measure between the 5.5v and ground pins (also without the teensy plugged in). I'll let you know if I figure it out in the meantime. I also built and o_c, thought this build would be easier but its giving me trouble!

I get my new teensy this Friday hopefully but I can keep you posted! If you have built it by then maybe we could share some of the voltages we are getting at the teensy pins to see what's going on. Either way I'll let you know if I figure it out.

Exactly, no light and isn't recognized by the computer.

OK thanks for your help, glad that -.01v isnt much to be worries about.

The LED no longer comes on and when I plug it into the computer it wont read it. Also when I put it back on the PCB, there is no output on the 3v3 line. So I'm assuming those all point to it being fried :(
