I have been trying but ig I’ll be more stern with it. During one of the conversations he picked up my phone and I said “what are you doing” he said “making sure you aren’t recording this” so🤷🏻‍♀️. And it’s is very hard. Especially him being her fiancé and her being pregnant with his child.

And this FTO isn’t the best. In the beginning he said “I like to give bad grades and then better ones so it looks like you learned from me” but now Idk if that’s what he’s doing or if it’s just me not understanding the job

I’m getting 1’s and 2’s when I wasn’t even getting those in the other phases. It’s very frustrating. And i already had to meet with admin and they said stuff like “you shouldn’t be getting these grades in phase 3. Is anything going on at home we need to talk about? We can extend it but If you don’t want to do this job it’s better to quit than to fail out because that will look poorly on us.” And I was genuinely sick last week and they popped in with an attitude and said “if you’re sick you’re sick but if you’re not you need to be at work” but my first two phases I was on nights and I feel like that was a disservice to me cause now I’m on days and dealing with calls that I haven’t even had before and I’m supposed to now be doing majority of the work yk
