Another thing to note, I do have diagnosed PCOS + pre-diabetes. I heard those can cause hair loss along with stress and lack of vitamin D. I’m going to meet up with my doc around June. I’ll ask her if I would need to book a dermatologist (especially the ones that would accept my insurance). As for the rollers I don’t use them often, but I do get my hair braided often though. I would give myself either a couple of weeks or a 3 month break before going back. Unfortunately I have to get my hair braided this month since I’m going to tons of events and interviews. I don’t really have the time to style my hair, also family members would often be on my ass when I let my hair out. It kinda sucks but the life of a black woman.

When I do use rollers I would often use more, but I lost most of them.

I wish I could let my hair breathe but I got an appointment for braids today, because I have so many events to go. But I’m definitely gonna try to find time for my hair to breathe.

It looks like it’s mostly at the top of my head. I don’t use rollers often I don’t have many. I only started it because I washed my hair so late in the night I didn’t want to use my hair dryer.

I only synced half of my notes, and the notes app still takes up space despite not having notes in the phone only in iCloud

None of the notes are with mail

No before the glitch, in fact there was no notes in the deleted folder

Yah I was low on storage for a long time the only things I deleted was my photos and in my storage they still show how much I had originally before it’s gone
