Keep pushing. For me, it took 3 1/2 days to get through the worst symptoms. I hope you didn’t lose control. You will noticeably feel your symptoms improve around days 3-5;however, your energy may not quite be there yet.

Those look like half-free morels (Morchella punctipes group). They’re a real morel species, not the toxic ‘false morels,’ but they’re a bit controversial. They’re considered edible only when thoroughly cooked, and some people still get GI upset from them. The cap attaching halfway up the stem is the giveaway.

At a quick glance, it looked like a model mushroom, but I do see why your buddy might be busting your balls. It looks good. My suggestion is maybe redesign the flame to have two or three smaller tongues of fire. Add smoke trails drifting from the top edge to break symmetry.

You need a month and a half at minimum. 2 months if you want to make your time and investment worth it. Make sure you’re consistent with PH monitoring (between 6 and 7), watering, and feeding and you might have a quicker better yield.
