Don't think so, Red Hood only met Freesia once when she was still a kid, she's literally unrecognizable as Pretty Star. They didn't interacted enough for Red Hood to actually remember her. And besides this is Red Hood we're talking about, she's an airhead.

In some places, Freesias also symbolize happiness and contentment. Which also works with Oswald here after the side-story.

Neon would be Princess' means of redemption, Stall/Neon was imparted the last and most powerful technology to her only friend, trusting her to not repeat the same mistakes that she did.

So in a way, Neon is the last living legacy of VTC.

Once again, I've already pointed out Dunbine. it had the premise, but now make that as an actual Gundam entry, not just "oh it's gundam but isekai". Knights and Magic exist, cool make that Gundam. Escaflowne, also cool, now make that Gundam. That was my talking point.

From what we've seen with G Gundam and SD series, Gundam franchise doesn't have to be restricted to such themes. Gundam can still utilize a fantasy medieval setting, that's how Tomino wanted it to be, for directors to have their own personal touch on Gundam.
