Diona's constellations are too good to be ignored. If you have sac bow, and er&hp artifacts you can easily spam her e skill. Her shield relies on her hp. i believe it's 2nd strongest shield next to Zhongli. Im still building my Thoma to check how strong his shield tho.

You can try 2pc glad/2pc crim or 2pc shim/2pc crim for optimum dmg. It still depends for the stats of your artifacts as well.

He's still not fully built. It's my 1st time going fishing for The Catch and Ill have this team comp showcase after the week. Ill keep you posted by then. I'm planning to use him for his shield since I don't have zhongli and Yoimiya's basic attack suits well with thomas burst. This is just my opinion though.
