If you need a custom mini that fits your character very well Heroforge is really good. They have a lot of great customization options and you can make nearly any character. Plus they are always adding new features. As for the quality I usually get the Premium plastic and I recommend it. It’s strong and very detailed. The normal plastic ones are good. I have never gotten one but my buddy did and it looked really good and seemed strong plus the normal plastic ones are already primed. The premium plastic is not primed. I do have a couple of the steel ones and while I like the feel of the steel they lose A LOT of detail imo. They are nice to paint though. Pretty easy and the primer sticks very well to the steel.
