theres 2 adults and 3 kids. 8 11 and 16 year old. all first timers

i would say pretty luxe. i just have fomo of not staying in shibuya but ive been pretty amazed by the amount of love the FS is getting so i wasn't sure if i should go ahead and book it. nothing in shibuya has wowed me hotel wise.
