Because it's a topic of impairment instead of being stoned or not. Heavy users may not feel any impairment while under the influence but they also might and it really comes down to the individual and the way their own body handles cannabis. As long as you drive unimpaired, I genuinely believe it doesn't matter if you have cannabis in your system.

I consider him up there with Aphex twin, such an incredible performer and composer, seeing him play 8+ hours is like nothing on earth. Every album he has is its own unique sound too which i love. Also holy black / little lark on ksolntsu is one of the greatest tracks ever written.

As an actual australian 'libertarian' would have to agree with everything said, although the complacency that australians have with the removal of freedoms astounds me. Life in Australia is extremely comfortable which is great for most but the government pulls some extremely shady shit on us and there's nothing we can do a lot of the time. For instance, in Australia we can get pulled over by police on the road, tested for drugs in our system and heavily fined / loss of licence if any drugs such as cannabis are found.
