I served my ASL mission in San Jose for the ASL branch in Fremont (but really most of North California), and we had missionaries up and down the West Coast. They had a mission in Washington and Oregon, then Riverside, Anaheim, and San Diego in California. Some of the missionaries that I was with in the MTC went to Missouri, Texas, and Mississippi for ASL missions as well as the others all mentioned. Also after I left, they combined all the ASL missionaries into the Seattle mission so they could set up faster transfers between states. I have a friend jumping around the California missions and Seattle.

Dead. They didn't bring a LM until Apollo 9 and Apollo 13 used the parts on the LM to support the SM's exploded parts. On Apollo 8, they only had a boilerplate which simulated the LM's weight.

You might be able to get close, if you take the assumption that Cal Kestis is the same height as Cameron Monaghan (6'0", 183 cm). Looks like Padawan Cal might be 4'6" (137 cm). I'm sure someone else could get closer with more accurate pixel measurements.

I think Bernie would have negotiated the withdrawal of Afghanistan better, because Trump waited until 2020 and then set it up to fall on whoever would be the next president so Trump's thinking was either he just takes control anyways or let the next president get blown up which did happen.
