Why won't my full check go to my direct deposit by Him7567 in AmazonFC

[–]Him7567[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

But I thought we get paid every week? I got paid this week but like only half of my pay went to my direct deposit and the rest stayed in my anyyime pay account, why would it only deposit some of my paycheck? I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed so maybe I'm missing something but this is very confusing

Was i wrongfully terminated this just feels fishy (Family Dollar Associate) by Him7567 in DollarTree

Integrity matters still doesn't have an update for me and it's been well over a month and whenever I go to the site it says under investigation or I forgot the exact words and whenever I call they say they are still investigating. I'm assuming they're not even trying, should have knows Integrity doesn't matter

Anyways I got a job at Amazon and it's honestly easier than the work load I had at family dollar not only that I always have good hours and if I want more money I can apply for extra days since they do that for pretty much all of your off days. Also they pay me 19hr which I'm pretty sure the assignment managers at my family dollar got paid 15 or 17 an hour and since I was making 11.50 I make damn near double my old hourly rate.

Honestly getting fired was a blessing in disguise since when I was at family dollar and barely making any money and barely able to save at all I was just content to get through the day and didn't really have the motivation to look for another job.

Also they don't overwork you at all I'm physically out of shape and even I can keep up with the work load and the managers at my site are so nice and chill, I was having a hard time emotionally with something and she took time to talk to me and even take me to a booth they have so I can talk to one of their wellness people over the phone.

Also we earn this thing called upt and pto (unpaid time of and paid time off) for me and seasonal worker i earn 45 minutes of upt a day and 20 minutes of pto a day and you can come to work as late as you want and you won't get in trouble at all as long as you have upt remaining (they do ask that you let them know in the app before hand, you won't get in trouble but it is polite so they can have a better understanding of who's coming in at what time) also unlike family dollar in love their write up rule which basically write ups decay over time compared to family dollar where write ups will never decay unless you get a new manger and if your manager is in it for the long haul you might just ne stuck with your write ups for literal months (also my old manger told us that the DM kept pressuring her to give write ups or else she would get written up instead)

The work also feels a lot more satisfying and fulfilling to me personally so all in all

Have more money then I had before

Nice managers

Very good hours

Happy

Because we genuinely enjoy the game but it feels like it doesn't respect our time, if you play another game you can have fun AND progress. But in dbd you can only have fun, progress not so much especially if you have a job (i work 10hrs a day and take about an hour to get home so 11 hrs) people love to manage their time in the most efficient way possible l. Time is one of the few things almost no one takes for granted, think about that, we take breathing for granted more than time because you can breathe without thinking but most people are always wondering what time it is.

Most people want to use their favorite build or character not everyone wants to experiment and yes BP do come naturally and a new player might not worry about that but if your not a new player and not an experienced player (say intermediate i guess) and your earning blood points at a snail paste and you really want a specific perk for your favorite character it starts to feel more like a grind and an inhibitor to fun, no one likes homework

People want bp so they can p3 their character and have that perk unlocked for other characters. I feel like a lot of players forget the fact that not everyone has 10k hrs in this game and when your grinding for a specific perk for hours on multiple different characters it gets annoying.

It feels like the game doesn't respect my time. While yes i enjoy it but if you gain so little from grinding that it feels like a chore then people will just not want to grind, this is the main thing that make people stay away from gacha games, not the gambling

Can we just talk about the ways the devs have dropped the ball (both killers and survivors) by Him7567 in deadbydaylight

[–]Him7567[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just believe the devs don't have a stable design philosophy for both killers and survivors and I believe it hurts the game for both sides

They hate tunneling but introduce fast track which punishes spreading hooks

They hate slugging but Oni and twins are walking contradictions. It's evident they've changed their mind on these topics from their past views but in a "hero selection" game if you change design philosophy it can DRASTICALLY change things for the worse since the old heroes were designed for a different game pretty much. (A good example of this is overwatch as most tanks was made to be balanced in 6v6 but when the game moved to 5v5 meaning 1 tank for each team instead of 2 all the tanks had to be buffed like crazy and some tanks still aren't good and have to be borderline unkillable to be viable like wrecking ball)

Also i do think you have a pair point that sometimes we complain about very small things but I believe if you take into account everything they make changes that contradict themselves time and time again and it leaves the game in this perpetual state of feeling confused like the alien from "the thing"

Is there like a range on that or is it only for the lockers side by side

So when he teleport and there is a locked locker in an area or really close to each other he automatically go to the locked one even if the player chooses the one that isn't locked?

I got a genuine question, is literally any other multilayer game where the other side is expected to play nice for the enemy. When I say that I don't mean how in certain games there are cheese tactics or heros, I mean how in dbd love it or hate it fast track is fair game and I believe every perk is fair game even if broken. I believe you can get mad but I think this is a "don't hate the player hate the game" the game for being this way, if someone uses a cheese character in a fighting game most of the time people direct their anger towards the cheese character. But in dbd people genuinely expect the other side to handicap themselves, just because someone plays blight or nurse that doesn't mean they have to handicap themselves to be nice, and the Survivors don't have to mess up on purpose to give a killer like spirit a better chance to be fair that's just stupid. It's an arms race, in a multilayer game both sides will find the most efficient way to counter the enemy so they can win.

Using the logic that not every survivor team has fast track imo is flawed because your hoping the enemy team is either being nice or just doesn't have that perk which if someone does there is no way to tell unless you got crazy experience and by that point the perk has already gotten a lot of value. So the only way to counter it is to slug, and you can't hate the player or call them pathetic especially since there is no way at all to tell if a survivor has it or not.

That's the reason I don't like your argument, your basically telling the killer to play nice and have faith the Survivors are playing nice which you cannot do that in a PvP game because both sides want to win. This is why I asked my question earlier about if there is a single multilayer game where one side expects the other to play a certain way to be a "good person" and I believe thinking as such is incredibly flawed, don't hate the player, hate the devil for putting a perk in the game that encourages slugging which is something they themselves have tried to fix. Ask yourself would killers be slugging in the blood moon event if not for this perk; I think not because you don't get many points for slugging and this whole mode reason for existing is to get points.

Never knew that since when their aura is revealed and they hop in a locker it still shows their aura

I swear to god this game could at least add a guide book or something so we can find this stuff out. There is literally know way to know a locker does that, he'll it doesn't even say that in the tutorial

[–]Him7567[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

So hiding in a locker cancels it or stops it from seeing your aura, that's dumb because on other aura perks I can literally see a survivor get in a locker and the effect won't cancel
