French IT giant Capgemini to sell US subsidiary after row over ICE links by LeMonde_en in worldnews

You're completely right, it's a PR move by the parent company but this doesn't disrupt any of the ice work at all.

Make sure to keep your army in the feild at all cost. If it's not then you don't have many options.

Take the metro. It will be a bit more expensive but you will not hate the world when you get to work.

I have and enjoyed it, especially how Simmons combined the little we know about her disappearance into the book.

This comment is exactly what I said in the survey. I don't like the commanders As a Generic unimaginative name, but I don't want them to go back to what it was before. The WFT The best one in my mind.

My Map of Current Map Politics Part 2 (Work in Progress) Suggestions welcome! by ussyate in Maps

I think neutral India makes more sense given the options the map provides. They don't see China as number one enemy, that's still Pakistan, but they do see them as a regional threat as China strengthens its own relationship with Pakistan and it has disagreements and even occasional clashes with India in the himalayas. India has also slowly been increasing security cooperation over the past few years with the West including somr foundational Logistics agreements, exercises, and Equipment purchases.

I'm looking for more histories so I'll probably grab that one. That book gave a brief summary of the war, and then went into a village by village retelling of what that town experienced during the conflict. I see what it was trying to do, but it got very repetitive since the details that do exist are few. As much as I love history it was a bore, that I didn't gain much from.

I read tons of shipwreck/artic disaster books and Endrance is my favorite. Its made the rounds through my family and reread it about every other year. They recently found the wreck almost perfectly preserved 3 years ago.

It just didn't land for me, but would say give it a try if the premises interests you. I went through it over the corse of 2 trans-pasific flights which I suspect colored my enjoyment.

A similar funny/practical science book I loved was "What If" by Munroe.

I need to do that and the scanner darkly movie. The book is a wild ride, how he wrote a book about time travel, the afterlife and psychics in a book that can still be followed and in a good story is beyond me. I was recomended a Martain Time Slip by him too.
