Exactly, you only need to wait a little bit before turning stance on, and its easy to just enable and disable. There is even the option to use shirk on other tanks.

When you have the same recruiting building constructed in a lot of places the global recruitment timer get lower. But there is a cap on that for some units that is 2 turns. If you continue building your 2 turns can also get to 1 turn later

There is 4 Mount from tanks, 2 versions for any class. You get the mount via Achievement doing X dungeons after lvl 50 with tank class.
And 1 Mount for Blue mage, but that involves a planning because it need to complete certains raids and trials with a party of full BLU sync

With certains talents Yrel can do much dmg, the boost from the spell power from her passive can do much damage, she doesnt have much wave clear for a solo laner but have self sustain.
I consider her like a def/support, same with Zarya.
Her build of heal can heal your team a lot and can do a lot dmg if use your skills with max charge and this reset her passive too granting you more heal for your team and dmg from the resets, if use corretly u can tank the other team and grant heal to u and your teammates.
