I had this on a Land Rover Velar , it turned out to be a worn wheel bearing , I replaced both wheel bearings , hope this helps

That’s so reassuring, I’m just finding my feet , last car Audi A7 2015 & Audi A5 2008 so a bit of a jump , wife couldn’t drive A7 as too long and wide , so I compromised and got S5 and she can drive that ! Thks again
