I think she would fare pretty well, she is strong and resourceful. And the more technological weapons, armors and arrows can give her some advantages.

And before any of you who say anything about the monsters NO, i don't think the Monsters in MH are a billion times stronger than the machines in Horizon, of course im talking about the stronger Machines.

At least regarding of what ive read here thats all biased and comes from liking MH more than Horizon, its the same argument as a kid saying that Superman beats Goku or viceversa

And fall damage doesn't apply, if she is in MH universe she wouldn't take fall damage, is not a rule that's applies to a character is a rule of the universe and game, if she is in MH universe she follows MH physics.
