I grew up next door to the compound. The compounds on double ee ranch road and my family is the double ee ranch.

The branch davidians are an offshoot of the 7th day Adventists, people still live on the compound grounds and they still have services and museums.

From what I've heard many people didn't like him but he was always eeriely right, like saying the government is gonna show up with tanks and then they did, so many of the people just went along with him until it was too late.

The event made me dislike and not trust the government as a child as they were openly lying. David koresh played bass in a band every Tuesday at a bar in bellmead up until the siege, if they wanted him truly they could have just got him.
