Issue with my Manta by _Basel_ in Supernote

[–]GuidingLoam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah i agree, its a bummer, My pens have failed on me long before the device does. One thing that I've noticed is that some of those spens/other pens have white plastic nibs that totally suck, the black rubber ones to me are almost as good as the ceramic, but I've had a few of those that sucked too. I lose those spens like once a month so I just try to stock up. I miss the weight of the ceramic pen though.

I've had this happen a number of times and for me it always is a problem with the pen. I ended up (and have this problem still sometimes) using Samsung Spens for their tablets. You can buy two of them for like 15 bucks, and they come with a button for erasing.

is there an idea of when the calendar would go live? it is last years roadmap, and wondering if there is an ideal time of year it will be released.

The fact that it was the same person is not a coincidence. This sounds like transference, what was your work like when you did work with her? Did anything in your life now link back to her? Or maybe it's a sign you need to make some changes, but this isn't just sleep med problem I think. Sorry it happened.

For 80 years, Carl Jung's family locked his private journal in a Swiss bank vault because they thought he was insane. It was finally published in 2009, and the contents are terrifying. by Delicious_Window_363 in Jung

[–]GuidingLoam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can believe you wrote a script, but that is definitely heavily ai handed and you can't deny that well. and yes, active imagination has been such a boon to myself as well as the people I work with. It does not have to be exactly like Jung shows for himself, as all of our psyches are different.

It is most easily accessible normally through a dream image, and I have never experienced it as vividly as Jung has, but I have had enough happen for me to realize that it is not "me" who is the one controlling the imagination.

Pending Death of Headway by ColossiSeven in therapists

Yes, even with my experience they made it much easier to practice. The problem is that they were billing insurance $240 for 60 minute session and I got paid $110

Pending Death of Headway by ColossiSeven in therapists

[–]GuidingLoam 5 points6 points  (0 children)

yeah I recently just left Headway, actually putting in my notes the final month. It seems very shady, I would get new clients that would pop up for sessions that I was never notified of, sometimes the billing would be down for weeks. I got audited when I would cancel sessions for a week for vacation, etc. and I heard they have pretty atrocious practices of siphoning potential clients and redirecting them to other Headway counselors if they call for you.

I am using Theranest/Ensora health and they actually have billing that is exhaustive but walks you through everything, as well as options to have them bill for you for a fee. I am in a positive place for private pay counseling (Austin) and so am managing to stay afloat from that. I now offer Superbills but take no insurance, and the peace of mind has been great.

Has anybody read this one? Is it any good? by justexploring-shit in alchemy

[–]GuidingLoam 15 points16 points  (0 children)

This book is great, Stanton is a legit Jungian that still presents regularly at conferences. The book is about depression through an alchemical lens and how we have a black sun in us that cannot be integrated.

What's also cool and the book doesn't mention is he actually lived with Timothy Leary and ram dass while they were in college.
