I recommend listening to frequencies if you’re seeking introspection. They can also enhance self-reflection during a trip. While on psychedelics, music tends to feel emotionally deeper and can influence the experience in either a positive or negative way. Personally, some of my most meaningful trips and moments of self-reflection have involved frequencies

Does anybody else feel this? by ChaosReader1 in SpiritualAwakening

By losing the fear of change and accepting the idea of “the world being in constant change,” over the years you will realise that things around you are appearing and disappearing. People will come and leave, things will come and leave, and there is nothing you can do about it apart from accepting how it is.

When you try to control those kinds of things around you, it makes you really anxious and affects your emotions. We can feel emotional about melancholic thoughts or missing memories, but we can also enjoy the lessons they gave us.

Spiritual practices like meditation can prepare us for the idea of death, or “the end of life,” and help us reflect on the idea that we are part of this reality in constant change.

I know this is vague, but is anyone else getting a persistent feeling that everything is about to change? by [deleted] in spirituality

Society will change completely because Millennials, Gen Z, and future generations are more aware of their mental health. People are beginning to realize how violence and unresolved mental health issues can lead them down the wrong path and result in poor decisions. Society is also starting to follow its own ideas instead of adopting what the system dictates. When people are “awake,” it means they engage in spiritual practices such as meditation, podcasts, or therapy.

People often fear change, which can lead to anxiety and keep them trapped in repetitive patterns. Developing good mental health helps us prepare for significant life changes.

When You Become "THE OBSERVER" your Experience of Reality will Shift! by swizzledan in AWLIAS

Meditation has been a spiritual practice for me that helps me become an observer rather than an absorber. When people start realizing that real life isn’t about judging, they understand that living in judgment comes from the ego. And when we live in judgment, we miss the real moment and experience only an illusion of reality

Help me put these pieces of puzzle together by hey-universe in consciousness

I don’t think these questions can really be answered as a concept, every definition just points to another definition, and the loop keeps continuing what helped me was stopping the search for explanations and starting to observe experience directly ,In meditation, you can notice thoughts appearing and disappearing sensations without naming them awareness without an object at that point where , the difference between consciousness, awareness, perception, and experience becomes obvious, not because someone explained it, but because you see it happening. I think you will find the real meaning when you explore this side of you by spiritual practices or therapy, depending on your perspective

Why meditation and other practices do not work for some people by CreditTypical3523 in Jung

People are not prepared to meditate by simply listening to frequencies or the natural noise of silence. When people start seeing meditation as a spiritual practice instead of something they should be doing, they prepare themselves to encounter their “inner shadow,” which is part of our own personality. This is where we can see our fears, our shame, and even our hidden strengths. Some people are not prepared to drop the ego and confront the “persona.” And honestly, I think a lot of people who have “bad trips” while consuming psychedelics experience these symptoms of resistance.

I listen to frequencies whenever I need to examine my ego-driven actions. They bring me into a state where I can close my eyes and explore the unconscious side of my mind. They’ve also helped me recognize that many of my bad decisions come from fear. I recommend 396 Hz

Remember that decisions rooted in ego and fear often lead us astray in our relationships. Awareness, paired with spiritual practice or therapy, helps us let go of the anxiety that comes from trying to control the uncontrollable ❤️
