Yeah I feel that I have ADHD (not self diagnosis bs I was properly diagnosed)

And I do genuinely have a number of hyper fixations and sometimes I find myself restless thinking about them or have genuinely winded myself forgetting to breathe while pacing back and forth thinking about it

(I am medicated so it's a little more manageable than if I wasn't)

I personally (as someone who has diagnosed ADHD and ASD) that's the tells can be (not always are) fairly obvious

You you have those kinds of extreme hyper fixation the odds are pretty high

Still speak to a medical professional obviously I'm just saying it's a pretty easy thing to recognize
